Special Guest Speaker: Kenneth Starr
Kenneth Winston Starr is a former judge and solicitor general who was appointed to the Office of the Independent Counsel to investigate the suicide death of the deputy White House counsel Vince Foster and the Whitewater land transactions by President Bill Clinton. the Starr Report opened the door for Clinton's impeachment based on charges arising from the Monica Lewinsky scandal. He has written "First among Equals" (2002), a conservative examination of the late-20th-century Supreme Court and is currently working to defend the constitutionality of the same-sex marriage ban in California. Mr. Starr serves as dean of Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
